Coach
How it works
- Answer a few questions. Two minutes. You get your calorie and protein targets and your first week of meals before you pay anything.
- Check in each day. Weigh in when you wake up, then tick off protein, steps and your workout. Ten seconds.
- Every 7 days, your targets adjust. Coach looks at your weekly average, not one noisy morning. On pace? Nothing changes. Stalled two weeks? It trims a little. Losing too fast? It feeds you more so you keep your muscle.
- After 12 weeks, lock it in. You move to maintenance, where Coach finds the calories that hold your new weight. Start another cut whenever you're ready.

Questions
What does it cost?
$12/month. Your first week is free, and you can cancel in two clicks from the app before it ends.
Do I need a gym?
No. Every workout has a version for a pair of adjustable dumbbells at home.
Do I have to count every calorie?
No. Follow the meal plan and you'll land close to your targets. The weekly check-in corrects for the rest.
Who is it for?
Men who want to lose 10 to 50 pounds of fat at a pace that keeps their muscle, roughly 0.5 to 1% of bodyweight a week. It isn't a crash diet, and targets never drop below 1,500 calories.
Is it safe for me?
It's built for healthy adults. If you have a medical condition, take medication that affects your weight or blood sugar, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to your doctor first.
